RCI My241 Cruise Certificate:
1. Restrictions apply to cruise line, sail dates and ship selections. The redeemer of this certificate is responsible for an additional AUD$199 per cabin nonrefundable RCI fee and applicable port fees and government charges at the time of cruise confirmation. There are specific sail dates and this offer may exclude holiday and peak season sailings in the respective country of cruise. Some participating cruise lines may make "Two for One" sailings available on a short lead time basis only. Our Vacation Centre does not guarantee availability on any specific cruise line, sailing date or region on this certificate.
2. Available cruise lines and sail dates are available for viewing at www.rci.my241cruise.com.au or will be specified at time of enquiry. The bearer of this certificate may request a region of interest to them, however, Our Vacation Centre does not guarantee availability of Two for One sailings for any specific request. If a Two for One cruise is not available in a region requested by the redeemer, then Our Vacation Centre undertakes to provide the best possible pricing on the specific cruise requested, if the Two for One sail dates available are not convenient.
3. This certificate is valid for one (1) passenger fare only (exclusive of port, government charges and gratuities) with the purchase of one (1) cruise passenger fare at the current full brochure rate (excluding early booking, seasonal or any promotional or discounted rate) of the specific cruise line and sailing dates available to the program at the time of request.
4. This offer is for cruises of various durations. Full information of currently available cruises can be found online at www.rci.my241cruise.com.au. Available cruises are live online and subject to change.
5. Specific cabin categories may only be available on certain offerings, however, if available, upgrades may be requested with the redeemer paying the applicable upgrade fees that do not form part of the program. Travellers are responsible for any additional charges exceeding this offer, such as, but not limited to taxes, transportation, surcharges, gratuities and port and government fees.
6. Terms and Conditions or offers made with this certificate are subject to revision and may change without prior notice.
7. This cruise offer is not valid for groups. This certificate has no resale value attached and cannot be resold. If this certificate has been purchased for cash from any unauthorized source other than a company associated with the issuing company, this certificate will be declared null and void. This certificate may not be redeemed for cash.
8. This certificate may be transferred upon application, and a payment of AUD$30 transfer fee.
9. This certificate expires 12 or 18 months from original date of issue unless otherwise specified on the certificate.
10. Cancellation of a confirmed cruise will be subject to the cancellation penalties and conditions of the cruise line concerned and any OVC booking fees paid will not be refunded.
11. Our Vacation Centre or its agents bear no responsibility in regard to any cruise line penalties, which are the full responsibility of the certificate redeemer.
12. This offer is for the cruise component only and does not include airfares or transfers.
13. Third or fourth guest fares, when available, may be purchased at best available rate, but form no part of this offer.
14. Our Vacation Centre and its agents do not assume liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes or acts of God.

RCI My241 Hotel
1. This certificate entitles the holder to a 12 or 18 month membership in the My241 Hotel program, in conjunction with My241 Rewards and Our Vacation Centre.
2. The My241 Hotel program provides a range of participating hotel and resorts discounted to 50%, or greater, off an individual property's Rack Rate. "Rack Rate" is different to a Market or Promoted Price. Full Rate or "Rack Rate" is supplied by the hotel/resort and is the Full Retail selling price and varies for different room types. Some properties do not display Full Rates. Full Rate may apply in busy times or peak season when accommodation is at a premium.
3. Regions, locations and participating properties change constantly due to availability, seasonal trends and customer demand.
4. Terms and Conditions or offers made with this certificate are subject to revision and may change without prior notice.
5. This certificate may not be sold by the redeemer, and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. This certificate becomes null and void on the Expiry Date shown above.
7. Cancellation of a confirmed My241 Hotel booking will be subject to the usual cancellation conditions and this certificate will be deemed as utilised.
8. Altered, lost or stolen Certificates will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
9. My241 Hotel, My241 Rewards, Our Vacation Centre and its agents do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God.
10. My241 Hotel certificates do not cover flights, spending money, meals, insurance, transport, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary travel charges unless stated in the particular My241 Hotel deal.

12. This Certificate can be transferred to family or friends and if so My241 Hotel, My241 Rewards or Our Vacation Centre should be notified.
13. This certificate may not be utilised in conjunction with any other offer by My241 Hotel, My241 Rewards and Our Vacation Centre or redeemed against any limited or last minute specials that appear in the market place from time to time.
14. Multiple bookings may be made via the same certificate throughout the specified membership period shown on the My241 Hotel certificate.
15. Minimum age restrictions apply to regions around the world and the redeemer will be bound by any particular requirement.
16. Confirmation of your My241 Hotel stay at the participating property is subject to availability during the travel dates mentioned in the promotion. Booking is only confirmed on member's receipt of booking notification and reference number.
